They look very nice! What kind of dough weight are we talking about, for the big loaf in the front? Also, would you mind sharing with us which price you are asking for these loaves? 

I only bake for myself at the moment, not in a professional manner or anything. But I would love to sell some, and there is this website here in the Netherlands, where you can advertise a meal or other food, which people can either reserve a portion of or special order. So I have been playing with the idea of putting up an ad for a loaf. But what is a good price? 
I recently did a calculation, and came up with a cost of about 1,35 euros for a 1 kg (dough weight) loaf. Of which is about 1/3 energy costs (which could be reduced, by baking more breads at once for example).

I weigh mine at 1LB 8OZ or around 700g. I sell them at $5 each for the loaves and $2 for baguettes. I price mine out with a full cost calculation for materials and I add around $1.90 per loaf for time and labor.
