My First Deep-Dish Pizza

Thanks to a little help from Floyd, this was my first deep dish pizza, and a success at that! I made enough pizza dough for an x-lg. pizza, spread it very thickly around the cast iron skillet. Then, added two layers of sauce, crimini mushrooms, artichoke hearts, black olives and freshly grated Provolone cheese. I threw it in a preheated 475°F oven for about 25 minutes, and garnished the 'za with some freshly grated Parmiggiano-Reggiano cheese and some chiffonade basil. Yum!
