Stan, I think you shortchanged yourself on how long NYB has been around. In the "Tale of Two Flours..." article, you mention 2½ years ago. I think it was 3½ years. I received my order from that grand opening special you ran on Dec 1, 2009(iirc).
I first wrote that post about a year ago for Peter Reinhart on PizzaQuest. I forgot to add the original date. In fact, we'll be open four years this Labor Day. Amazing how time flies, and what a great ride! Enjoy the blog -- and maybe even contribute something?.
