Been away for a bit unpacking still, but I could not stomach the store bought bread anymore so I had to bake.

20% Spelt Potato Rosemay Sourdough.......Lunch Bread

20% Spelt Dried Cherry Sourdough........Breakfast Bread

Love the chunks of potato popping out.  I am a big fan of potatoes in anything!  Your spelt cherry bread reminds me of the one I baked a few weeks ago.  Cherries are another of my favorite things.

I am a bit of a Spud head myself. My wife likes rice more, to each their own. She will more than likely take the Dried Cherry to work tomorrow. Thanks for the kind words.
