Hello... I would like to import yeast to my country for selling.
Can anyone help me in providing me a good supplier for this business?
Fleischmann Yeast is probably the name most people think of in the US for making yeast. This yeast is manufactured by A B Mauri. See: http://www.abmna.com/aboutus
The only decent IY that you can get in Lithuania is Fermipan. There's also Dr. Oetker, but there aren't any bricks in retail. I'm absolutely satisfied with Fermipan's Red Label, though.
On the flipside, there's a lot of fresh yeast even in the smallest stores. Usually polish or estonian.
