Three stage 90% sourdough rye

I am still persevering with the sourdough this is my first high percentage rye bread taken from hammelmans Bread.

My question is about the dense crumb Does this look about right or should it be more open?

This sourdough does not have an overpowering taste. But my Polish friends said it was very good and like the bread they had at home
