Brothform Proofing Baskets - High Fired Clay

These Are Wonderful!!!!

Handmade, High Fired Clay Brothform Proofing Baskets.  These baskets allow the dough to breath and proof wonderfully once the baskets are well floured, the dough releases easily.  Also, Designer molds are available to insert into the baskets for your initials, fruit, flowers and Logos etc.  As the bread bakes, the design gets larger.  The cost is much less than the ones on Bakery Supply sites.  If anyone is interested please email me at bjozephr@aol.com

Hi Anna,

I'm not very computer savy.  I really don't know how to set up a blog on google.  Can you give me some info?  Much appreciated!  Potterygal

and show you since you haven't had much opportunity to get familiar with all the ins and outs of Website design, blogs, etc.

Our library gives free lessons, you might be able to find something similar in your community or a knowledgeable teenager, a church bulletin board ad might do the trick. :)

Good luck,

anna

Hey can you send me the prices and images of these.. i also wanted to know is there any extra special care that i need to take to ensure my dough doesnt get stuck in the basket other than dusting it with flour? would you reccomend that i use the clay baskets in a humid place, or should i stick to cane?
