need to rehydrate?

I am trying to make some salsa bread and was wondering if I was using dried peppers, tomatoes ect do I need to rehydrate them or just add them to the initial dough? Thanks

If it were me I would soak them in the water you are going to use in the formula to make sure they are soft.  I would adjust the liquid if they absorb too much water.

and soften sun dried tomatoes and dried, seedless peppers in olive oil.  You can use water but the left over oil is great all by itself,  when heated in the micro wave with fresh garlic.  This fancy Mojo de Ajo is especially prized on pizzas and Mexican food,
