Need danish dough whisk
Although I know I can order a danish dough whisk and a lame, does anyone know of a major or specialty store that carries the?. I live in the DFW area of Texas. It seems like every video I see, people are using them. Gotta give it a try as I"m a gadget junkie And hate gun king up my spoons.

When I was looking for one (in Dallas), all I got was blank stares; even at Sûr la Table. I went to Amazon for mine. As I looked up the link, I see that Breadtopia is/was the affiliate merchant. The price is down from when I bought (2010).
