Pizza Night with the wife. Sourdough with Sausage, Roasted Onions, and Mozz. Finished off with the green pepper sauce.

ha! We had pizza tonight too - but yours looks much better ;)
green pepper sauce that got to my apprentice. She took on look, woofed deeply and ran to her bowl thinking she was getting some of your fine pizza with the green pepper sauce she loves. Nice baking Wingnut.

looks great. maybe I missed it, but what exactly is the green pepper sauce?
Green Tabasco, love it. Not too hot that it covers other flavors but a nice punch of spice.
