Very nice! What kind of dough did you use? I'd love to try that with a Finnish Limpa, which I'd like to make for Easter. Haven't made it in awhile.

Just downloaded the book. Very nice pictures. I'll have to try a few recipes, maybe with some savory or plain, whole wheat dough. Laurel's bread has a nice whole wheat challah I'd like to try. Could be a good practice dough.
