Wanted to share this snappy video of a bread recipe:
I think I would have let it rise the 2nd time till it nearly doubled before baking it off but perhaps , I like my bread a little more airy than some others do.
it needed another raise. I have never had bread dough that was that springy when it had just been kneaded! I wonder what I'm doing wrong? Maybe need to add more water, I know that my flour is drier than most peoples, just difficult to figure out how much more to get proper dough.
