Looks so good, I can almost smell and taste it! Excellent color, both inside and out!
Love the look of the translucent, glossy walls on those holes- lovely, lovely crumb :)
I wish I could transfer the smell and the sound when slicing and chewing it. It is unbelivable what a wonderful bread you can make with just flour, water, yeast and salt (and 21 hours of rest...)
I love that moment, when you cut it to see what's inside, anticipating. The joy of seeing that kind of translucent crumb and shiny big holes... priceless!
