Today I baked a sourdough loaf in a pot...
and cinnamon rolls too.
10% of the sourdough loaf was whole wheat, otherwise it was the same as my previous loaves.

Floyd. Nice boule! I'm a fan of how much flour you use on the crust. And you always get me craving sweets when I see your bakes. You're a bad influence to my weight!
I pass by Grounds for Coffee, home of the "Fresh! Gooey Cinnamon Rolls" regularly and have to fight temptation. Mine are slightly less unhealthy... at least that is how I rationalize it. :)
My rule of thumb is anything that is baked at home is healthy so you don't have to worry :-)
Love the loaves you are getting out of that pot! Do you add any water or is it baked in it's own steam?
All the steam is self-produced. I've been giving it a long time, like 25 minutes, with the lid on, before removing it for the final 20-30 minutes.
Have you tried the sticky buns @ Solly's Bagels? They are really good.
Yes, and their babka buns. Very rich and tasty.
Nice looking bread and scoring, i've yet to try the triangle score. Lovely looking cinammon rolls too! I'm sure your house is full of mouthwatering aromas!
