Why can you eat en entire loaf when it is just out of the oven and still warm?
I had an interesting conversation with a friend to other day: He wanted to know why you can eat so much more bread if it is still warm and just out of the oven compared to a cooled loaf. I certainly can relate to this experience. So I have two questions for discussion:
- Do you share this experience or do you think you can always eat the same amount?
- If you do agree, what do you think are the reasons?
Looking forward to serious and not so serious answers!
(just writing this I can smell fresh bread and taste it....)
