Dinners survivors

Dough was just a spur of the moment mix and worked out well.

1000g flour, bread

625g water

50g oil, olive

20g diastatic malt

20g salt

10g yeast, instant

mix, scale, shape, cold proof, let come to room temp (about 2-3 hrs) make pizza and bake at 500 deree F. On stone in lower half of oven.

The dough is soft and tacky. You will need to have dusting flour on hand. It held up very well to the shaping. I also used a peel to transfer from counter to oven with no problems.

Just being nosy,

how many people was THAT made to feed??

They look lovely. Even though I'm severely off pizza at mo :-(

what's on the top right one? Looks like picked cucumbers to me :) tho I suspect they're peppers, right?

Its easy to make a little or alot. Just the four of us here. Those are leftovers for the days to come. The top right one is mine jal-peppers, yummy!
