Anyone speaks Japanese or owns Rinnai RCK-30MA?
Rinnai RCK-30MA. The panel is in Japanese. Can anyone translate the labels for the controls?

I will be happy to assist. I took a look online and found a manual for the oven in pdf format, in Japanese. If you look to the right of the image of the oven you will see the adobe logo, click that link for the manual's file. I suggest that I translate pages 11 & 12 for you because that would give a better explanation of the various features, not just a translation of their names. What do you think?
I am also a little concerned about safety requirements for its installation and use, so would appreciate it, if you would please let me know what the circumstances are that has you interested in this oven.
Also do you have any specific questions you would like to ask, that I may be able to check in the manual.
Once I have a better idea of what you want and why you want it, I will respond in a private message to you here on TFL.
I have just remembered that you are in NZ. It might be easier for me to post a copy of the manual with translations added, to you, rather than try and write up in a private message. Anyway let me know what you really need.

Thanx, this would be awesome. The oven is stitting on a deck under a bit of rain cover with plenty of fresh Wairarapa air blowing around, so should be safe.
I am already using it, but the only 2 functions I mastered are HOLD TEMP and COOK on the timer. The other buttons and the programs are a mistery. Approach local Rinnai, but never heard back.

Although it seems like you've got this solved, just for anyone who runs into a similar language-on-cooking-device issue in the future, Google provides a mobile application that lets you take a picture of something and it provides the translation:

There is also an iOS app that does this in real time called "Word Lens" - pretty neat for reading menus when traveling, although I believe it costs money depending on what language you are translating to.
