Garlic Tea Ring: This is a Garlic Tea Ring Bread mixed with sweet ham, and topped with cheese and rosemary. =)
That looks realy good! What kind of dough did you use? is it a pizza type dough?
Oh, yes, it does look fantastic. Do you mean tea bread as in bread for tea? I'd love to hear how you put it together.
good..please tell us about it..
I love making tea rings. I had never thought of savory. Thanks!
You did a great job with this. What is the recipe?
wow... didnt expect such comments... thank you!
I used a very similar formula same with our breads here in Manila but made it up into a circular log (very similar to your swedish tea ring). You can add the garlic, ham, and cheese while mixing the dough. and topping a little bit more cheese and rosemary while baking it. What i also did is to cut the sides of the circular log with a pair of scissors, and twist the loose ends a bit. The taste is one of a kind really.
Bread Flour - 100%, Salt - 1.5%, Yeast - 1.5%, Water - 57%, Shortening - 6%... play with your fillings and toppings .... and that's it! Hope you enjoy it. =)
It looks good - and pretty enough to be a centerpiece.
