makes a nice kit for building your own WFO.
Anyone have any experience with these Ovens?
How well do they bake bread?
I want the right covection that a Scot oven provides for the right crust.

I don't know about those ovens. I would need to see the spec. sheet and see the oven design. I would check out http://www.fornobravo.com/index.html#pizza_ovens they have a great forum for questions They also sell oven kits. They are mostly pizza people over there but plenty do bread as well. I built my oven as a bread oven that has some real differences.
