Happy Valentine Cupcakes w/ Strawberry Hearts
I take my standard Banana Nut Bread recipe and add, bourbon soaked dried fruits (cranberry, sultana,raisin, apricot) and chocolate chips. The cupcake is topped with cream cheese icing, shaved chocolate and a half a strawberry in the shape of a heart.
Very romantic, sweet and delicious for the ones you love.

and yummy looking... I am baking sourdough rolls today. KAs Buttery roll recipe.
bake tday. My wife said the electrical bill was high for some reason and wanted to know how often a week I was heating the oven to 500 F for one hour to bake bread. So am building levains, posting, getting needed ingredients for future bake-o-rammadamas. I need to do KA's hamburger bun recipe soon. I feel a burger in my future :-)

Those sounds like they are full of good things, love that your heart is a strawberry rather than a mound of sugar-based frosting!
to be refrigerated so the strawberries work as hearts and stay fresh. These don't last very long. I use the exact same recipe for sheet cakes and layer cakes too. The frosting, which I do mound and very much sugar based for sure, makes it a very nice cake anyway :-)
