Hi team-- just wanted to introduce myself; I've come to the site a lot over the past few years to get ideas and info for various bread projects. I've managed to pull off some pretty nice loaves, but still have a lot to learn of course. Hope you're all doing well, and I'm looking forward to interacting a little more in the community.
