Danish dough whisk diff to dough whisk?

I'm pretty sure they are the same thing.  I've seen 2 sizes, but I think the size refers to the length of the handle rather than the head.  One helpful note that I discovered is that when you are using one, the inclination is to use a circular motion like stirring in a bowl.  However, these are most effective (for me at least) if you use a back and forth motion.  As for where to buy them, Breadtopia has as good a product as any - you'll probably pay a bit extrafor shipping to Australia.  If you haven't already, you might do a search to find one more local.

www.Amazon.com ... best prices and they have several different sizes. I have one and love it .. mine is the "medium"  (8 inches long).

not just for bread, but anything you would use a whisk for it will do it better and easier. snap to clean up, too
