countertop convection ovens
I am contemplating the purchase of a countertop convection oven. I was wondering if anyone on the list had experienced with or would make a recommendation of a company or oven to look at. I have looked "very hard" at a full size Vollath (sp?). Can anyone shed any light on this.

The LG brand seems to stand out from other brands for having higher customer ratings. You might research LG as a possible purchasing alternative.

After some thought, I decided I didn't want a microwave oven that is convection, instead, I wanted a straight oven that is convection. I will look at the breville. Thanks for responding

We have a Breville and we love it. It's a convention oven, conventional oven, and it functions as a toaster. We ideally wanted a second oven, but short of a total kitchen renovation, the Breville oven is a very good solution.
