Hello from the Midwest
Hello - I've been checking out this site for some time, have finally bit the bullet and registered. I've been baking since childhood, prefer yeast doughs, and in the last year or so have started baking sourdough breads again. Not baking sweet things very often anymore, unless I need to take something in to work, and then tend to cheat with mixes, etc. Have one enormous loaf in the oven right now, probably should have taken the time to make some rolls or smaller loaves, but I'll cope.
