Brod & Taylor Folding Proofer - Total Refund Guarantee

Brod & Taylor just introduced a Total Refund Guarantee for the home Folding Proofer. Purchase a proofer on-line and use it for up to 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with the proofer and the results in your own kitchen, return it using a pre-paid return label. Brod & Taylor will refund your original purchase price and full shipping costs.

I am Michael Taylor, founder of Brod & Taylor and inventor of the Folding Proofer. I have been reading the posts on TFL about the proofer with great interest. With any new product, there are always questions and concerns. Especially when the product has never been seen before. I am confident that after using the Folding Proofer for 30 days in your own kitchen for bread, yogurt, chocolate, or other applications, you will not want to let go of it. But if you do choose to return it, the entire experience will not cost you a nickel. You won't find a better guarantee than this anywhere. See more details at our web site http://www.brodandtaylor.com

This offer is good through 12/31/11 in the US and Canada.

Very cool product. This is something that the market place has been needed for a long time. I'm amazed that nobody else has a product like this. At least on a home scale.

Wow. That is a very generous offer Michael. I agree with you in that after having used my proofer for a Month, I have found many ways to use it. I absolutely love the fact I can put together a pre ferment after dinner and set it in the proofer at 76F. The next morning it's happy and well on it's way to being fully fermented. Our house is set to the low 60's at night and the proofer is the only place I trust to stay at the exact temperature I need. I think the sourdough bakers will enjoy not having to deal with the seasonal changes that are common in Fall and Spring. Personally I think the fuel savings alone will justify a minor expense over time.

Thanks for letting me be a tester of this revolutionary home kitchen tool. I would certainly buy one now that I have been using one.

I was initially skeptical, but after seeing reviews of the product and the customer service, I must say it looks like quite a good investment. It's also been fascinating seeing a concept brought to fruition. Best of luck, Mr. Taylor.
