The Biggest Problem.......
...is that there are more bread recipes that I want to try out than my wife and I can possibly eat, even with some help from my mother-in-law.

Well don't you have friends, co-workers, mailmen, neighbors? you could send me some. Don't you have somwhere to donate it? I'm sure someplace would like some homemade bread donated to them.
Colin, I can understand your problem all too well! Otoh, just think how friendly and helpful all of our neighbors would be if we regularly gifted them with homemade bread.
