Has anyone heard of Bin 19 High Gluten Flour?

I purchased 5 pounds of high gluten flour from a local bakery. The owner said the brand is Bin 19 but I'd like find out some the specs like if it's bleached, the protein percentage, etc. I couldn't see the bag that it came from, it was back in the shop and the owner didn't have much information that he was willing to provide me. A Google search didn't reveal anything either.

Bin 19 is a trademark owned by ConAgra since 1971 for flour.  I found that out from http://www.findownersearch.com/.  I noodled around the flours in various parts of the ConAgra site and used their search box but couldn't find anything on their site referencing it.  Curiously, there's no one claiming to sell a so-named flour either.  The trademark is still listed as active but that just means ConAgra still owns it.

Heidi,

Thanks for the tip on ConAgra, I never would thought to check the brand registration.

I called their customer service number and found out that this is in fact their product. It's not nationally distributed which is why it isn't listed on the website. It has a 14% protein level and may or may not be bleached, they sell both varieties.

It was just the Pavlovian response of a dyed-in-the-wool librarian.  You asked so I had to look it up.  LOL
