BBA Challenge 2011
Hi All,
I've been at baking seriously now for about a year. Up until now, I've mostly stayed within Carol Field's book (The Italian Baker) and only just recently got a copy of Reinhart's Bread Baker's Apprentice. I realize that since the book was printed a few "BBA Challenges" have been run, where bakers come together online to try to work through each of the recipes in the book.
I was wondering if anyone knew of a BBA Challenge that I might get hooked up with that would start in 2011. If there aren't any, I'd be interested to know if anyone might be interested in joining one.

The BBA Challenge started by Nicole at Pinch My Salt has morphed into an ongoing project, with people joining and baking at their own pace. I finished about 6 months ago. Some people just started a few weeks ago.
There is also a Facebook group for the Challenge.

I've checked out Pinch My Salt (nice site!) and I've joined up with your group at Facebook. I think that while I will definitely share my challenges in both places, I'm also going to center at my own blog, so if anyone would like to join me there to do a 2011 BBA Challenge, I'm up for the company (you can send me an email at cpanza@drury.edu).
