As I have mentioned before, I am new in the bread baking arena. I have been using a sourdough starter from a recipe that was posted on this site. It has worked quite well for a couple of months. The bread has been tastier with each baking, until this last week. The starter raised the bread beautifully and everything seemed to be going well until I tasted the bread -- it is flat. It has no sourdough bite at all. A friend said it taste really good, but like "regular" bread, what did I do wrong? Any help welcome!
