Due to extreme Health reasons, I am not able to eat White Flour. Can anyone tell me if Durum Semolina Flour is the same thing and I shouldn't consume it, or is it ok? Thank you.
A quick Wikipedia check indicates that Semolina is a coarse ground flour made from duram (hard) wheat that has been separated from the bran and germ by sifting.
It sounds a lot like white flour to me. Flour sold as "white flour" is probably ground more, filtered more, and is probably made from softer wheats, but otherwise should be generally the same.
If you have extreme Health reasons to avoid white flour, you should probably avoid semolina as well.
IMO, your question is better directed toward a qualified nutritionist or medical professional. There's a lot more to flour than its color and consistency.

Whoever advised you against white flour should also have given you detailed reasons and diet. If they didn't, go back and ask them. Currently it's not even clear to others (or to you?-) just what the issue is: wheat? gluten? yeast? refined? bleached? white?
This particular prescription and diet seem to me too ill-defined and esoteric and unusual to have much hope of getting consistent and useful "generic" advice from other sources. So again, my suggestion is to go back to the horse's mouth.
(The advice "avoid white flour" sounds a bit odd to me anyway ...but that's a separate issue.)
I would simply add one thing. Whatever "advice" you get, make sure it's from a qualified professional. Some of the homeopathic stuff that's circulating is disingenuous (I have a friend who is convinced she'll experience better health if she avoid any food that is white in color) and without scientific (scientific = double blind testing) validity.
Realizing that those words often fall upon the deaf ears of the insecure, I rest my case.

Can I try again?"Think twice before eating anything white" is just another old bromide like "shop mainly around the outside aisle of the supermarket" or "choose less-refined foods whenever you can" (or maybe even "bake with un-bleached flour"). Brown rice, dark bread, real cream, fruits and nuts ...what's not to like? I wonder though if exaggerating a proverb into a strict diet is a misinterpretation the doctor didn't really intend.The information I can find on the web by googling "no white flour" seems to be either decades old or unsubstantiated folk wisdom (or both). A particular flaw in much of it is confusing "white" with "bleached"; that may have been sensible in 1980, but un-bleached flour (which is still "white") is quite common these days, and is I suspect even used by commercial producers.
