The only place I have been able to find it reliably in Fairfax Country is at the local Giant supermarket, which carries Hodgson Mill rye flour in the five-pound bag. I just saw a less-than-two-pound bag of Bob's Red Mill rye flour at a Safeway, in with the specialty flours. None of the other supermarkets used to carry rye flour, but perhaps some now carry it in small (1.5 lb) bags with the specialty flours. Supposedly, some K-Marts also carry it. Good luck.
