Constructively what is it you think I could use?

At around 4:23 there's a typo in the text 'sepeate bowl' should be 'separate bowl' (missing R I think).

In general I think it's a little long. I think it's cute and fun how casual you are, but it does kind of stretch things out a little bit too much (in my opinion).

The video quality is AWFUL. It gets all chunky during the sped-up stirring sequences, and it's kind of hard to see the textures of the dough/sponge/starters.

If I were making this, I'd shoot a B roll of closeups of each stage of the starter/dough/sponge at quality as high as possible, and do inserts. Also, I'd add in some more material on starters -- just a couple cards on 'sometimes it starts to smell bad, just keep feeding it!' and something about 'throw some of it away from time to time so you don't wind up with a bathtub full'.

I love your attitude, though! Very relaxed, very laissez faire - it's gonna come out pretty tasty, don't sweat the details! Very encouraging to the n00b, I think, to emphasize that this stuff ain't rocket science.

Right on, our video quality will get better the more I do. I like the feedback on adding just telling people to keep feeding it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nC8L8s-WTMU
