D. Lepard's Choc. Honey Meringues

Very delicious and fairly simple to make, these appealing cookies make a very nice accessory cookie to an elegant dessert or just simply to snack on alone.

With 'Mis en Place' I made these while preparing dinner, placed them in the oven to slow bake.  The recipe is HERE updated..this link should work, scroll down to the recipe.

Sylvia, they look Yummy!

I love sweets, but run the risk of indulgement. I have no midway indulgement, mind you, i either splurge, or practice self-restraint.

Nice sweets

These were made to be given away, thank goodness.  I've only eaten 3, so far...to taste test :)

the nice compliments.  Ben, I used a combination of a good high % dark coco choc. & semi sweet bars, if your a choc lover these really hit the spot, crunch and melt away in no time...you can taste a hint of honey which I really enjoyed.

They are easy and or so good, best of all the oven is a very low temperature, so nice baking on a warm afternoon.

Usually I bake cookies only for Christmas, but for these I could go against my lazy principles...
