I have never baked a bread product...please help.
Hi, I am new to baking breads and have tried about 3 times but have yet to get it right. The other day I created a pizza dough, because a friend of mine told me that it was realy simple to make. So I got my ingrediants together and created the dough, then set it aside to rise for about 45 min to an hour. Then I punched it to let it rise again, well sadly nothing had gone wrong by this point until I forgot to put my dough in the fridge for the next day when I was going to use it. So I arived home the next day and realized I had left it out and assumed that I will have to remake it and throw this batch away. Did I have to throw it away or was it still good? I feel like im so close, so I continue to try every chance I get.
