Good afternoon, The Fresh Loaf,
First I would like to thank you all, as so many seem to have before me, for this incredible resource. I have ended up here many times over the last year, as my tentative first attempts at basic yeasted loaves snow-balled into my current sourdough obsession, and I felt it was time to become a fully-fledged member. The sense of warmth, and community is really very touching, and I look forward to benefiting from the experience and kindness you all seem to possess in abundance.
