I use coconut oil for most fat needs. Great for cooking eggs too, adds a nice nutty flavor. Lots of health benefits that I never knew until I read about it. I was wondering why I always saw it in the supplement section of the health food store!

Peanut oil - clean, clear taste with a hint of sweetness

Sunflower seed oil - slightly toastier 

Walnut oil - really outstanding in whole grain breads
