New bread head in Central Texas

Hi, my name is Keith. I have learned 95% of what I know about breadmaking in the last 5 days. I have been feeding a nice active sourdough starter for a bit less than 2 months. I have gained a wealth of knowledge in the last week thanks to lurking around this site and some other very informative websites and videos.

I feel like I just made my most succesful bread last weekend using the 40% rye sourdough recipe on the Bread cetera blog. Hopefully I can continue to develop my breadmaking to the point where I might be able to contibute to this excellent forum.

Hi Keith,

Those are a couple of nice looking loaves you've got there.  It looks like you've really honed your shaping skills.
