Traditional easter bread in Czech republic

my great-grandmother came over from what was then Czechslovakia (actually from an area that is now Slovakia) and I remember she made bread in similar shapes and Easter Cheese also.

Can someone decipher the recipe and post it here?  LOL.  They're so beautiful and if someone here would like to try them it might be tough if they can't read the language.  Thanks.

Dough:
500 g flour
80g sugar
100g butter
4 egg yolk
1 vanilla
250 ml milk
salt
1 teaspoon active dried yeast

...and I really appreciate the recipe.  I hope I can make them one day.  They would be such fun to give as a gifts.

One more question, do you have an exact measurement for the vanilla and the salt?  Vanilla only says "1" but one what?  And do you proof only one teaspoon active dry yeast or do you proof a package and use only 1 teaspoon of that liquid?

1 vanilla = capsulle

one teaspoon active dry yeast
