Hello everyone. I just thought I would share that one of my baking dreams is finally coming true. I am currently working on my first book. Here is one of the photo drafts that is in production. It is of various shaped challahs. I am fortunate to be collaborating with an award winning photographer, Rick Haithcox. His work can be seen at www.rickhaithcox.com.
